David is the co-founder of Springfields, originally from New Zealand. He has spent the last 12 years in Asia. David has worked extensively in the private and public sectors throughout his career and holds three advanced degrees in International Development Studies, Social Psychology & Anthropology and Business Management.He has also completed multiple certifications in Project Management, Monitoring & Evaluation, Communications, Applied Research, and Information Technology. David has a concentration on maximizing technology in various development contexts, including agriculture, public service delivery, SME development, value chain, and community-driven development. He is currently doing is PhD focusing on innovation in community development.
David is committed to actively leverage business acumen and technology to provide meaningful change and impact on disadvantaged people's lives across the region.
Simon is the co-founder of Springfields and has over twenty-five years of experience managing complex development programs in Indonesia and Southeast Asia. He was a partner of the highly successful consulting company, ACIL Australia Pty Ltd, prior to its acquisition by Cardno in 2005. Between 2005 and 2010 he managed UNDP's $250M Tsunami Recovery Programme. Simon has a detailed understanding of Indonesia’s social, cultural, political, regulatory and institutional systems. He has developed strong partnerships between the private and public sector. At the ILO, he managed the Betterwork Indonesia Programme that worked closely with International clothing brands and the garment manufacturing sector.Simon brings strong project management skills, being fully familiar with donor reporting, monitoring and evaluation procedures, and program design. He has been involved in all aspects of the project cycle from design, implementation, and closure. He has been responsible for coordinating recruitment, procurement, financial management in over 50 projects. In Aceh, he recruited over 1000 consultants and staff.

Rika has over ten years experience in various aspects of management in international development projects.
Rika Possesses extremely strong cultural and interpersonal skills and is able to offer a broad skill set in project management, research, monitoring and evaluation and reporting. She completed her Masters of Management from Syiah Kuala University in Aceh and previously worked the United Nations Development Programme.
Rika brings enthusiasm to team projects and encourages others to cultivate and develop their ideas
Stepfanny has extensive experience across a wide range of companies. She is highly adept at the implementation and management of accounting systems and procedures.
Stepfanny is charged with strengthening and aligning central administrative and financial functions. In this role, Stepfanny oversees a broad range of responsibilites including budget and resource planning, accounting, business affairs, purchasing and contracting.
Stepfanny enjoys problem solving, providing timely and relevant analyses, and working as a team to grow the company.
Tiara oversees coordination of Springfields projects, activities, resources, equipment, and information.
Tiara studied social and political science at Parahyangan Catholic University and graduated in 2012. She began her career in project management and after joining Springfields focused on engaging with stakeholders to oversee project implementation, monitoring and evaluation.
Her responsibility as a project coordinator is to keep the project and all related processes running smoothly.
